We're a family with two kids. We took an apartment. Very clean and with a big terrace. Very good location, 3 minutes from the garden beach and 10 minutes walk from the center. The hotel in general is very good. No fuss, no big details but very practical and with a great offer of services. . It has a huge swimming pool for adults and another one for children. All the surroundings are very clean and well cared for, with pleasant gardens. It has a very complete children's area and then an indoor swimming pool for a fee (we do not use it). There is also entertainment for children (and adults) . The food is just approved, it is a buffet for many people.

The furniture in the rooms is old-fashioned (although not deteriorated). The food could be better, although as I say it has a "pass". The exterior facade is a bit old, it could use a facelift

I wanted to communicate with reception from the room because the child fell and needed information from some doctor but they did not answer and I called from my mobile and they answered immediately, I told them that I had been calling for 20 minutes, girl at reception said, well and so you wanted, just like that... well only her, because the others were very kind. She doesn't have room service, although they made an exception with me because the boy was sick and couldn't come down from normal, you can't bring food up to the apartments, they told us that my boy would have to come down first and then I or vice versa... wifi is not free although I did not care, I wanted them to charge it to the room and they told me that I could not, that I had to go down to the reception and pay in cash, apartment especially the kitchen and beds should be renewed.

you can enjoy your meal at petit los angeles, only 5 minutes walk away. not far from loro parque.

We got a great deal on the apartments, which included a terrace, a kitchen and separate bedroom. The staff was very nice and the facilities are varied, from ping pong and pool tables to a gym and jacuzzi and outdoor pool and lounge chairs. Walking distance to Loro Parque.

When we arrived we were told that there were not apartments but we could stay in a "nice" room on the 5th floor. When we became adamant about our reservation and agreement, then we were given an apt the next day. Then things went more smoothly.
